Service for Your Property

What goes wrong depends heavily on when the house was built. Inside Loop 410, houses from the 1920s to the 1960s often still have cast-iron waste lines that have rusted and narrowed, and galvanized supply pipe that restricts flow long before it leaks. Homes built from the 1970s onward in the north and west sit on slabs poured over clay and limestone, which is where slab leaks and shifted sewer lines show up.

Hard water from the Edwards Aquifer affects the whole area. Scale collects at the bottom of a tank water heater, inside tankless heat exchangers and around aerators and valves, which is why a heater that works fine one winter can struggle the next. Both residential and commercial properties are covered.
